What happens after a verified request?

Submitting this form starts a request. It does not delete your account immediately. Further verification steps will be provided by email before the deletion process begins.

  • Personal and account details will be deleted within 30 days after verification.
  • Public posts and comments will be anonymised within 30 days. They may remain for one year under a label such as deleted_user_123.
  • Daily-task data, recordings, files, messages, voice messages, and progress are retained for one year.
  • Payment records are retained according to applicable payment, accounting, and legal requirements.
